All our different kinds of honey are extracted by cold.

This natural principle allows the conservation of enzymes contained in honey. The latter play a very important role in food digestion.

In summer, when honey is extracted at hive temperature, it conserves its multiple and complementary nutritive properties.


Migration of our different apiaries produces a large variety of honey : clover, alfalfa, appel, blossom, raspberry, blueberry, buckwheat, golden rod, wild flowers.

Most of our honeys are available in liquid or creamy.
