A proud Qu\u00e9bec company, Miel Nature Inc. offers over 150 products available at its boutique in Beauharnois, in Qu\u00e9bec grocery stores, at the SAQ, with local retailers, at markets and festivals, and online.<\/p>\r\n\"\"\r\n

FROM TRADITION TO INNOVATION<\/h1>\r\n\"\"\r\n

The company was acquired in 2000 by Elena and Ali Agougou. At that time, the company produced only honey from a few dozen hives. Since then, Mr. and Mrs. Agougou have transformed the business remarkably, by developing over 150 honey-based products and managing a bee yard of more than 800 hives.<\/p>\r\n

All recipes are created in-house. Dr. Ali Agougou, who holds a Ph.D. in food chemistry, and Mrs. Elena Agougou, who holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in food processing, combine passion, scientific expertise, and innovation to craft products of exceptional quality. Their expertise allows them to develop truly unique creations.<\/p>\r\n

Ali Agougou is a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em> and holds two patents in nutrition. After earning his doctorate in 1985, he worked as a consultant for the National Wine Office of Algeria, then as a lecturer and director of the Research Department at the Food Institute. In 1991, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the same institute, where he met his wife Elena.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

A FAMILY STORY<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nMiel Nature Inc. is, above all, a family story. Founded by Ali and Elena, the company was built on passion, craftsmanship, and a love of quality work. Their three children, Omar, Yazid, and Sonia, grew up within the business and have been actively involved in this beautiful family adventure from the very beginning.
