Foam with honey and coffee

INGREDIENTS (make 6 to 8 servings) :

  • 5 mL of gelatin
  • 30 ml of cold water
  • 125 mL of strong coffee
  • 125 mL honey Miel Nature
  • 250ml whipping cream whipped
  • Pinch of nutmeg

PREPARATION :

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes;
  2. Dissolve in hot coffee and add the honey.
  3. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened and beat until fluffy.
  4. Fouetée fold in cream and nutmeg.
  5. Pour into ice cube trays tired.
  6. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
