INGREDIENTS (make 6 to 8 servings) :
- 5 mL of gelatin
- 30 ml of cold water
- 125 mL of strong coffee
- 125 mL honey Miel Nature
- 250ml whipping cream whipped
- Pinch of nutmeg
PREPARATION :
- Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes;
- Dissolve in hot coffee and add the honey.
- Refrigerate, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened and beat until fluffy.
- Fouetée fold in cream and nutmeg.
- Pour into ice cube trays tired.
- Freeze until firm (about 2 hours).
